Quote Request

If "Request a Free Quote" is selected, you will not be directed to make a deposit. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply, and we will gladly provide you with a free estimate based on the information you provide.

If “Make a Reservation” is selected, a deposit is currently due to add a reservation for your trip on our schedule. It is not the total amount that will be charged. Deposits will be applied toward the remaining balance, and will not be returned unless Casa Companion Transport Solutions is unable to perform transportation request. You will be emailed an estimated statement of charges, and the full estimated cost of the trip will be due prior to the trip taking place. We will automatically charge the payment method on file within 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip. Any unforeseen charges on the day of the trip like wait time, additional requested stops, etc. will be automatically charged to the payment method on file after the trip has taken place.

Reservations can be cancelled by calling us at (858) 221-4885. We ask that cancellations be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time. Any cancellation received with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the full cost of pick up + applicable mileage. If our Driver arrives for a scheduled pickup and the trip is not completed as scheduled, it is considered a No Show. No shows will be charged the full cost of pickup + applicable mileage. When you make a reservation with us, that time slot is prioritized just you. As such, no shows and cancellations that are not given adequate notice are non-refundable.
